Do I receive any support for my buyers and suppliers?
Of course. The annual maintenance and hosting charge covers unlimited access by your buyers and suppliers to a dedicated In-Tend helpdesk between 8.30am and 6.00pm GMT. Full details will be provided within your quotation.
What will my license grant me?
Your In-Tend license will be for either the RFQ module or the RFQ/AB module dependent upon the solution chosen by your organisation. The license itself will be sold to you in perpetuity and grants you unlimited users based on the number of sites you have and the cost paid for the license itself.
Are there any additional costs involved with the purchase?
A nominal annual maintenance and hosting charge is payable but costs are clearly identified with your initial bespoke quotation. Maintenance ensures that upgrades to the software continue to be developed and hosting pays for secure hosting at our BCP which is backed up and replicated off site. Data can be provided on disk for your own internal records if required.
Do I need any hardware?
No. The beauty of this hosted solution is that it is all web based. All your buyers will need is access to a pc and the internet.
Will my buyers and suppliers need training?
Whilst In-Tend can provide on site training or bespoke training within our own Training Suite in Rotherham, the beauty of the RFQ and RFQ/AB products is that your staff and suppliers will need little or no training. As part of your purchase, In-Tend have compiled training videos which are downloadable and afford your buyer training at their own speed within your own offices. Wording can be provided for you to issue to the supplier, but with over 60,000 companies already accessing and utilising the In-Tend product base successfully, training should not prove an issue.
